Thank you for taking the time to view our sale and evaluate the cattle. We feel that this is a quality set of cattle from top to bottom that we are proud to offer. Ours is a family operation and our cattle have been raised along side our kids. All calves have been broke to tie, all lead with someone following them and they have all been washed, blown, and clipped several times. These calves are super docile and have been desensitized to small children, dogs, cats, and chickens. Not much phases this group and half of them will follow you around looking for a scratch. All cattle are fully vaccinated and healthy at time of sale. The seller offers no guarantee of health, disposition, or soundness after the final sale. We will help with finding trucking but transportation expenses are the responsibility of the purchasing party. All cattle must be paid for in full before they leave the place. Any cattle that are not picked up or have not had transportation arranged by October 12 will be charged a $10 per day yardage fee. We would love to talk to you about the cattle and encourage you to come view the cattle in person.

His mother is a 15 year old cow that never misses. She is also the dam of Kelly Burch's Mr. Busuness Man herd sire. Females don't get to stick around for 15 years if they don't crank out good ones! His mother is the maternal granddam to our lot 8 heifer that we are very high on. His mama is 13 this year and she didn't milk as heavy this year as she has in the past. He came in thinner than I would have like, but since he has been on feed he has really turned it on and I love what he is shaping up to be. She decided it would be a great idea to have him on the coldest night of the year and then go on the fight instead of cleaning her baby. I got him in the house and warmed up as soon as I could, but he lost the tips of his ears. Then she decided she didn't want him so I shipped her and he robbed off 3 different cows all spring and summer. That being said he is gentle! He's huge haired, soft flanked, and loves his groceries. This one is soft in her joints and her neck comes out of the top of her shoulder. If you are looking for an ultra freaky, flat made one then she is not your girl. So I bred her early to the clean up bull and she weaned this one as her first calf. I love this heifer in her angles and her rib shape. She's stout legged and very sound. I was surprised that this one isn't hairier than she is given her sire, but she is super sound. This heifer is so good in her forerib and flank and she will always do her job as a cow with minimal inputs. She has been dehorned since picture day and it has changed the whole look of her. She is ideal in her hip structure and the angle to her hock and pasterns. Even though she's not the softest ribbed right now her flank still ties in low like it should and her neck and front end are built right. Her mama is an embryo we bought from Minnaert's years ago out of his good Eleanore cow. This cow family matures a little later, but they are stout, sound, big bellied cows when it is said and done.
