Seller reserves the right to 2 successful IVF cycles (minimum of 12 eggs) on each heifer in the sale unless otherwise noted under the special terms of an individual heifer. All reproductive costs will be at the seller's expense and the buyer's convenience.
All cattle are sold as is. No guarantee in disposition, structural integrity, fertility, feeding abilities or health, etc.
Cattle must be picked up within 2 weeks of sale, unless other arrangements are made. If not picked up within the 2 weeks $10/day will be charged for daily care.
We will do everything we can to help assist with trucking in a timely manner. However, trucking costs will be a responsibility of the buyer.

All calves were born and raised on our farm, have received initial spring vaccinations at branding and were backgrounded and dewormed in August. Calves will be weaned immediately after the sale. Heifers can be Bangs vaccinated. At the time of sale all calves are sold “as is” with no implied guarantee of quality, soundness, fertility, disposition, etc. If you have any questions, please visit with us prior to bidding. All sales are considered to be final. We would be happy to help with the registration papers of any eligible calves sold on this sale.
The animal becomes the property of the buyer upon notice of winning bid at end of sale. The purchaser is to assume the risk of death or injury. All calves must be paid for prior to leaving the seller’s facilities. The seller assumes no responsibility for injury or loss of livestock after leaving our facilities. Transportation is the responsibility of the buyer. Cornelius Family Farms will work with all buyers to ensure that you are given the best opportunity for a healthy transfer of cattle.
