All cattle purchased should be picked up within 7 days of the sale and we will make every effort to assist in getting the calves to their new homes. Calves left over 7 days after the conclusion of the sale will be charged at a rate of $5 / head per day for feed and care.
All cattle are considered to be tie broke. Cattle are sold “as is”and there is no warranty expressed or implied. We also retain the right to 2 successful flushes on all females sold, at the sellers' expense and buyers’ convenience. By bidding you agree to all terms listed above.

Buyer accepts the risk of loss of the cattle purchased from Seller upon Buyer taking possession or upon shipment of the cattle from Seller's facilities, whichever occurs first.
