RETAINED INTEREST and GENETICS: Unless stated differently, Reed Vestal Ranches and/ or any affiliates retain the exclusive DNA, Cell Line, and Cloning rights on all embryo and semen lots. This will be STRICTLY enforced, with ZERO exceptions.

TRUCKING: Please do not let transportation stop you from bidding. We will make every effort to help assist in lining up trucking to any and all parts of the country. We will recommend several battle-tested hauling outfits to get your purchase to you in a reasonable, timely fashion.

Buyer's purchase of the cattle is on an AS IS-WHERE IS basis.

Buyer acknowledges that the health, soundness, disposition, and fertility of live animals are constantly changing and Seller cannot and does not guarantee those or any other qualities of the cattle purchased by Buyer from Seller.

Buyer accepts the risk of loss of the cattle purchased from Seller upon Buyer taking possession or upon shipment of the cattle from Seller's facilities, whichever occurs first.

Cattle can be viewed anytime.  Please reach out to us with any questions. Animals are sold as is with no implied guarantee of soundness, disposition, fertility, ect.  Trucking is the responsibility of buyer, but we do not want the trucking to  be a barrier from you bidding.  We can help arrange shipping.

Cattle must be paid in full prior to pick up.  There will be a daily fee of $20 a day if calves are not picked up within 7 days of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made.

Seller retains the right to 2 successful flushes on all females sold at the sellers expense and the buyers convenience.
