We thank you for looking into our offering! We are excited about this set of cattle and their future.  Last year we got a huge opportunity to double the amount of the calves we could produce.  We invested in more high-quality donors in 2023.  With that we needed more quality recip cows.   We bought a Donor from Mike Huston in December of 2022.  Mike made a real effort to stay in touch and has been available for what I consider a quality mentor.  Mike presented us with an opportunity to buy some bred fall born recips.  We jumped on it. Knowing we were going to get the kind of Genetics that flat out win, not to mention good northern type recips.  A big portion of these calves are from that purchase.  It is a real honor to offer this set of calves.  As we now own an IGWT x 208 Donor (maternal sister to Whitey) and half of Whitey (produced the grand steer at Denver this year) with Jake Hovden,  we feel privileged to help continue the legacy and genetics of the Huston Program!  A legacy that is built from many years of high quality show stock that wins!  Thank you to the Huston Family for believing in us.  Thank you to Dustin Glover for selling us your half of Whitey and always taking my calls and helping push McFarland Show Cattle to a high level. Cattle can be viewed anytime.  Please reach out to us with any questions. Animals are sold as is with no implied guarantee of soundness, disposition, fertility, ect.  Trucking is the responsibility of buyer, but we do not want the trucking to  be a barrier from you bidding.  We can help arrange shipping.

Cattle must be paid in full prior to pick up.  There will be a daily fee of $20 a day if calves are not picked up within 7 days of the sale, unless prior arrangements have been made.

INSURANCE: We strongly encourage everyone to take out some form of insurance for their purchases to insure nothing happens from sale time to the time they are settled into your operation. - Cattle must be picked up within 7 days of sale day. A charge of $15 per head per day will begin after 7 days unless other arrangements have been made.

- Cattle are sold “as is”. We cannot guarantee breed classification(steers) or placings on any cattle sold. Future reproductive soundness of heifers cannot be guaranteed unless due to a genetic condition.

- We are available to assist anyone who purchases a calf with health, nutrition, weight gain, breeding(heifers), and preparing for shows.

- Cattle have been vaccinated for 9-way clostridial including tetanus, respiratory (viral/bacterial, killed/MLV), and dewormed. Cattle are healthy, but each buyer should monitor the health of their purchases once in their new environments.

- We reserve the right to two successful flushes(6 embryos or more) on any heifer lot and exclusive DNA and cloning rights to any calf that is purchased in our sale.

We are letting go of a few embryos!!! We just have more embryos than recip cows at the moment and thought it’d be better to send them elsewhere to get put in rather than let them sit in the tank here. Give me a call when you have some calves on the ground!! We believe heavily in these matings and you can find full sibs to them at our house this year and next!

All embryos are conventional and we will guarantee one pregnancy per package of three embryos if put in by a certified tech. Call for more footage of the sibs to these eggs.
