Welcome to our annual bred heifer sale! This year we decided to add some young donor prospects to the sale and think there is some real game changers in this set too to bottom. We are proud of this group and are confident in the quality we are offering.
These heifers have been on grass pasture their whole life as well as free choice access to a fortified mineral/vitamin package, daily. Cattle have also been fully vaccinated and wormed every 6 months of their life.
After the sale, we encourage the buyer to obtain insurance on their purchase. We will continue to watch and monitor health, twice a day for 7 days, but once the sale is final, the heifer is the property of the new owner. After 7 days, a $20 /head/day expense will be charged.
These cattle are sold as is, with no guarantees. We retain the exclusive DNA, Cell line, and Cloning rights on all animals sold. A secure form of payment must be received before cattle are loaded.
Sellers retain the right of 2 flushes, with a minimum of 6 grade 1 embryos on every heifer lot, at the buyer’s convenience and the sellers expense.
We will gladly assist with transportation arrangements, so don’t let hauling concerns hold you back. We are easy to work with and are happy to answer any questions about the cattle.

Once everyone leaves after West Texas Weekend, Lubbock isn’t exactly on the route to much, and it’s pretty darn quiet around here. Yes, these cattle were here all spring. No, these aren’t our bottom end, bread crumbs. Yes, we firmly believe that in good homes all these have a great chance of seeing the backdrop, some even banners. We are down to one showman or else we’d be validating some of these for ourselves.
If you haven’t ever been to West Texas, shade trees are a bit of a rare delicacy, and man made shades x 60mph spring wind gusts make it hard to baby these things. We sheared these calves and this is them in their raw, unfiltered, real element and we appreciate them even more for it.

Thank you for taking the time to look through the sale. It’s about a month later than I intended but life happens, priorities get shifted around, and it is what it is. The calves have all been vaccinated, dewormed, are broke to tie and lead. Check the notes about how individual lots handle. The cattle sell as is. If there are any concerns or questions get in touch with me. There are 2 bull/steer options and 2 bulls. On these lots the seller will retain a 25% semen interest. So the buyer is purchasing full possession and 75% semen interest. I am easy to work with on the interest. If the bull/steer options are to be castrated, I will do that shortly after the sale, and they will be guaranteed. All calves needing it have been dehorned as of 5/7. Stitches will be ready to come out on the 21st. The cattle can stay here until after that if desired but will need to be picked up by the 24th or charges will be incurred. Lastly, I teach and am not able to answer the phone very often, so please text or leave a voicemail. Cattle are available for viewing weekdays after 4:00 PM and then all day on the weekends.

Gassman's offer to you under ranch conditions our 2025 bulls presented in their everyday clothes, no fluff and puff. All bulls are fully vaccinated and have current semen tests that we can provide. All bulls passed their semen evaluations. We gave these bulls Fusogard, pregFP, 5 VL5, Dectomac injectable. All bulls are sound on feet and legs and clear eyes. We sent DNA blood work to Express Livestock Genomics LLC. Results are pending. Semen tests were performed by Twin Lakes Animal Clinic. Bulls are heavier on weights now than when they were weighed. Bulls are on a grower ration and are ready for service.
Cattle must be paid for in full prior to pick up. We would like all cattle gone by June 1st. We imply no guarantee on these bulls other than they have passed their semen and soundness evaluation at our time of ownership. We will help find rides for your bulls, but it is your responsibility to find transportation for your purchase.

Welcome to Dieckmann Cattle for our annual spring sale. We have had many visitors and would like to thank everyone of you who has taking the time out of your busy schedule to do so, we know this time of year gets tough. We are offering our very best out of proven cows that have had success. These calves have had many full sibs win at the highest of levels.
The calves are up to date on all shots and vaccines and will continue to be cared for and have creep all summer. All calves are expected to be picked up by July 15th and 50% of purchase price will be expected at the conclusion of the sale and remaining amount at pick up.
Dieckmann Cattle will retain the right to 2 successful flushes of a minimum 6 embryos at the seller’s expense and buyers convenience on all heifers. There is not guarantee on fertility or disposition on any animal in the sale.
All calves in the sale are being sold as STEERS and will be cut the middle of May. Welcome to the 2026 Pasture Sale! We have worked very hard to assemble an elite group of cows and donors. Because of this, our calves have won on the local, major, and national level. The pastures are open, but it is far easier if you wait until after April 15th to come see them.
The sale begins at sundown on May 3rd. If you are in on one calf, you are in on all. Bidding will be done by text. All calves will have a base bid of $2500 and increase in increments of $250 until a calf reaches $10,000, then increments of $500.
Calves will be vaccinated, poured, and castrated shortly after sale. I will use Pyramid 5 with Presponse, Calvary 9, Long Range, and Pro Zap Protectus. They will be revaccinated just prior to weaning with Naselgen 3 and Calvary 9 or whatever you request. Calves will be creep fed until weaning.
There are calves here to fit every budget, and many end points. From county fairs to midwest state fairs and holdovers, this is a solid deep set of calves that will be cared for and ready to roll.

If you bid, you win!! All semen lots (lots 14-16 and 18-23) will have a starting price and the bid increments will be $1. Every bidder who bids on a semen lot, bought that lot at the price they bid for. Each lot will have a designated number of straws that you are buying and the price owed is the price X the number of straws.
Example: Rainbow Stew conventional semen selling as a Lot of 5 straws and the bidding starts at $150 x 5.
So you bid. You now own 5 straws of Rainbow Stew at $150 per straw. The next bidder wants some Rainbow Stew so he/she bids. Now he/she owns 5 straws of Rainbow Stew at $151 per straw. Now you decide you want 5 more so you bid again. Now you own another 5 straws at $202 per straw.

Thank you for taking the time to view our second annual fall born heifer calf sale! While this group isn’t overly large in number, it’s a great representation of the quality and kind we are trying to produce.
This spring has been really tough. We were late to wean, and the weather has made everything a challenge. With that said, there’s several of these heifers that are greener than we would like them to be. However, trust in the cow families and the way these cattle are built to get you across the finish line, as show heifers and ROI generators. Every single one of these heifers is a result of embryo transfer, and they combine the very best and freshest genetics we have to offer. They all sell with two rounds and will receive their third round by sale day. They have DNA pulled and have 840 EIDs in their ear. Per the usual, we want to be as involved or uninvolved as you would like us to be. We are happy to help advise on daily care, and will help with clipping, fitting, and feeding as much as possible. We believe in these five heifers, and we are very thankful for your interest in them.

You do not have to be “winning bidder “ at the end of the sale. As long as you placed a bid on a semen lot throughout the sale, you own that lot at the price that you bid.
