Heifers have been on pasture as well as free choice access to a fortified mineral/vitamin package, daily. Cattle have also been fully vaccinated. After the sale, we encourage the buyer to obtain insurance on their purchase. We will continue to feed, care and monitor health, twice a day for 7 days, but once the sale is final, the heifer is the property of the new owner. After 7 days, a $15/head/day expense will be charged. These cattle are sold as is, with no guarantees. Seller retains the rights to 2 successful flushes at the sellers expense and the buyers convenience.
