All calves are sold as is with no implied guarantee of Disposition, Soundness Fertility, Etc.  All Calves are broke to tie unless otherwise noted.

Seller reserves the right to 2 successful flushes of 6 embryos or more on each female sold at buyers convenience sellers expense.  Seller reserves all cloning rights on each animal sold.

All cattle must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery unless previous arrangements have been made between buyer and seller. All cattle must be picked up before Oct. 15 or a $10/ day fee will be added at pickup or delivery. We will help with trucking however we can
