Seller reserves the right to 2 successful IVF cycles (minimum of 12 eggs) on each heifer in the sale unless otherwise noted under the special terms of an individual heifer. All reproductive costs will be at the seller's expense and the buyer's convenience.
 
Heifers are sold with guaranteed fertility (either a live calf or an embryo). However, disposition, quality, soundness, etc. are the responsibility of the buyer.
