TERMS OF SALE: Terms of the sale are cash, check, or wire transfer, payable to Heart Rock Ranch, LLC, due immediately at the conclusion of the sale. A secure form of payment must be received before any and all cattle are loaded. Printed information on sale day takes precedence over any information stated prior to via websites, social media outlets, etc. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy within the sale notes and comments. All cattle are sold “as-is” with no implied guarantee of soundness or fertility. We reserve the right to reject any and all bids.

REGISTRATION: All females in the offering are eligible for registration papers from their respective breed associations. Andy Vestal will accommodate if and when needed to help secure such documents.

RETAINED INTEREST and GENETICS: As stated in the individual female’s sale comments, Heart Rock Ranch and/ or any affiliates related to each individual female reserves the right to two (2) successful flushes (six (6) grade 1 transferable embryos per flush) at the buyer/owner’s convenience and Heart Rock Ranch’s expense. If any of the lots are resold, Heart Rock Ranch and its affiliates related to each individual female continues to retain their interests, and rights to flush(es).

INSURANCE: We strongly encourage everyone to take out some form of insurance for their purchases to insure nothing happens from sale time to the time they are settled into your operation. If you need any help in this matter please call or text Andy or Ray and they can get you in contact with multiple reliable insurance providers to assist you with insurance. 

TRUCKING: Please do not let transportation stop you from bidding. We will make every effort to help assist in lining up trucking to any and all parts of the country. We will recommend several reputable hauling professionals to get your purchase to you in a reasonable, timely fashion.
