Trucking/Payment

California buyers will be able to pick up cattle in Montague, CA. All cattle sold out of state will be available for pick up in Perkins, Oklahoma for $500 a head unless other arrangements are made. A secure form of payment must be in hand before the cattle are loaded.

Buyer's purchase of the cattle is on an AS IS-WHERE IS basis.  Buyer acknowledges that the health, soundness, disposition, and fertility of live animals are constantly changing and Seller cannot and does not guarantee those or any other qualities of the cattle purchased by Buyer from Seller.  Buyer accepts the risk of loss of the cattle purchased from Seller upon Buyer taking possession or upon shipment of the cattle from Seller's facilities, whichever occurs first.
