All Cattle are sold as is with no implied guarantee of Disposition, Soundness Fertility, Etc.  All Cattle are broke to tie unless otherwise noted.  All Cattle are up to date on shots, wormer, pour-on, etc. Shot list can be provided upon request.  All cattle must be paid in full prior to pickup or delivery unless previous arrangements have been made between buyer and seller.  Seller reserves the right to 2 successful flushes of 6 embryos or more on each female sold at buyers convenience sellers expense.  Seller reserves all cloning rights on each animal sold. All cattle must be picked up before Oct. 15 or a $10/ day fee will be added at pickup or delivery.  We will help with trucking however we can.
