All open heifers are broke to tie and get washed/dried while tied up. All cattle sell as is based on disposition. We encourage you to ask if you have any concerns or questions in regard to disposition.

We will work with you on a fertility basis. Females are guaranteed to breed or produce transferable IVF embryos. The female must be evaluated by a licensed vet and if he deems her to be obese or a injury or disease  occurs after purchase, breeding guarantee is voided.

SELLER RETAINS THE RIGHT TO 2 SUCCESSFUL IVF CYCLES ON ALL FEMALES WITH THE GUARANTEE OF 6 FREEZABLE EMBRYOS PRODUCED PER CYCLE. FLUSHES WILL TAKE PLACE AT THE SELLER'S EXPENSE AND BUYERS' CONVENIENCE.
