-All cattle are broke to tie. They have been washed, blown dry, worked on, and clipped several times

-Arrangements to pick up cattle must be made within 2 weeks of the sale. We can help in assisting and recommending several trucking options to get your purchase hauled to you anywhere in the United States.

-Cattle purchased at Circle K Cattle Company that are not picked up within 2 weeks of the confirmation of the sale will be charged a daily care fee of $10/day unless other arrangements have been made and agreed upon by both parties.

-All cattle are sold as is with no guarantees of disposition, structure, or fertility

-No cattle will leave the possession of Circle K Cattle Company unless paid for in full
