GUARANTEE:
Seller guarantees the establishment of at least 1 60-day pregnancy per two or three embryo package transferred, or 2 60-day pregnancies per four, five or six embryo package transferred if the following conditions are met: A. The transfers must take place within one year of the sale date. B. Transfers are performed by a licensed embryologist.
Any new matings will be available between April 1st and no later than May 10th. If for some reason embryos are not made by May 10th, 2025 the buyer will have the option to receive his money back in full or wait for the embryos to be produced. Payment for embryos on new matings will be held in escrow until they are produced and released to the buyer. Free shipping on two or more embryo lots.
Pregnant Recips: We guarantee a pregnant recip to the sex and mating listed at time of pickup from the ranch. In the rare case of a calf being born the wrong sex we will give a full refund at return of the live recip and calf pending a DNA test on the calf to the sire and dam. Pregnant recips are sold as “safe in calf” as certified by a licensed veterinarian and sell with no further guarantee. The ultrasound results represented are as accurate as possible. No guarantee is given that recips will deliver a live calf.
