SALE TERMS:

Flushes need to be done within one year of sale date | All flushes and transfers must be performed by a licensed embryologist. When a minimum number of embryos is guaranteed, the buyer is responsible for all flush and genetic costs. If the guarantee is not met on the first flush, a second flush will be provided at the seller’s expense, and if results are still not achieved, the buyer will receive either a prorated or full refund based on both attempts. If a maximum number of embryos is specified, any embryos produced beyond that number belong to the seller, with costs prorated per embryo so that the buyer covers expenses up to the stated maximum and the seller assumes costs above it. Additional embryos over the maximum may be purchased by mutual agreement at the same prorated price. For pregnancy guarantees, results must be confirmed by a licensed embryologist or veterinarian. If the guaranteed number of pregnancies is not reached initially, the seller will provide an equivalent number of embryos at their expense, and if a second attempt fails, a full refund of the purchase price will be issued. All claims must be made within twelve months of the sale and purchase date, after which no refunds or replacements will be honored.
