COMMENT:Over $200,000 In One Calf Crop!!! Her first mating for steers was her natural IGWT fall born steer that sold for $31,000 on our January 2020 fall born sale. He was as amazing a calf as you can find. The first litter of 650 X IGWT ET calves were born this spring. It was an impressive first year for 650. At TSS 3 steers averaged $19,000 plus a full sib heifer sold that will be a future donor. Embryos we sold resulted in sales of $64,000, $20,000, $15,500, $12,000 along with a number of others that I didn't keep track of. With one natural calf and one year of ET calves she has well exeded $200,000 in progeny sales. One steer was already Reserve Grand Champion both rings at the 2021 Winter Warm Up and another was Grand Champion at Game Day at Gallia. The state fair run should be fun. We had 5 fallborns born that will sell January 27th and they are all incredible. Ginormous bone and hair. Perfect structure with big feet. Soft bodied and great necked. Huff and Puffs make outstanding steer producers and 650 is backed by 1/915 who was my top pick from the Reimann dispersal sale. Bank these embryos when you get the chance.
