COMMENT:Simmental Superstar. The 407 donor is one of my favorite cows on the place. Given her age we decided to start breeding her for females last year and A.I.ed her to Bankroll hoping for a heifer. She had a bull calf instead and I was kind of ticked off when I heard what she had until I got to lay my eyes on him. I knew right away 407 had just had a great one. Whether I left him a bull or cut him for a Simmi steer we had something special. He went on to sell for $19,500 as a steer and has already made an impact with 4th Overall Ring B and 5th Overall Ring A at the Badger Brawl. Only a donor built like 407 could make a 1/2 blood Simmental as good as the best crossbreds in the country. These embryos are unsexed so imagine what a heifer would be worth that looks like her steer. 407 throws massive hair, bone, style and good structure every single time so these embryos should be no miss.
